1. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing occurs on business days. If we need information from you to process an order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
2. FULFILMENT ORIGIN
Orders are fulfilled from Hong Kong. Delivery destination, carrier availability, customs processes, and local delivery conditions can affect the final delivery timeline.
3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
After dispatch, estimated delivery is:
• United States: 7–15 business days
• Other destinations offered at checkout: 10–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Public holidays, weather, customs clearance, carrier capacity, and incomplete or inaccurate delivery details may cause delay.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
Free standard shipping is available on orders over US$39.99. Where shipping charges apply, the available shipping options and final shipping charge for your delivery address are displayed at checkout before you place your order.
5. TRACKING
Once an order has shipped, we will send a shipping-confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available from the carrier.
6. DELIVERY DELAYS, LOST PACKAGES, AND DELIVERY CONCERNS
If tracking has not updated for an extended period, a package appears lost, or you have a delivery concern, contact info@pickliberty.com with your order number and any relevant details. We will review the information and work with the carrier or fulfilment partner where appropriate to provide an appropriate resolution. A delivery scan alone does not prevent you from contacting us about a genuine delivery concern.
